I have uploaded my DNA from Ancestry (where I have loads of matches) but can find no matches on Geneanet. I think I am confused as to how it works here. Please see my screenshot to see what I see. Any hep - gratefully receieved.

How long ago did you upload your file? It may take 24 hours for matches to show up. If you don't see matches after that time, an admin can check to confirm that the file was uploaded properly.

Don't expect to see as many matches as on Ancestry, as the Geneanet DNA database is much smaller, but you should definitely see some.
