Schieb Family in Australia ,origin in Germany

I am looking for the origin of my Ancestors Francis Jacob Schieb ,his wife Clara Josepha and Daughters,Antonia and Maria Josepha who left Hamburg on the Skjold ,April 1844 bound for Nelson New Zealand. They only stayed there one year before moving to Hobart town Tasmania,then Adelaide ,South Australia in 1845. They spent their remaining days at Branxton New South wales.

The only clue i have is that Francis Jacob (or Just Jacob,as he gave his name) Schieb was a 'vine dresser' . A viticulturist as they would be known today.  please feel free to look at my online tree
