I know mtDNA doesn't get me far but here it is anyway: mtDNA_H_16093C_16265G_16519C
Plus, I have not got my maternal line back too far.
This is what I have for surnames:
* HOLIFIELD  1905-2001 (This family traced back to Valentine HOLIFIELD who died 1690, the story that he died enroute or shortly after arriving. His son Valentine married Elizabeth GILLEY.)
** Le VERT 1882-1908 (This family traced back to Dominique and Jeanne VIOLAND Le VERT, Haute-Saone FRA
*** HEARD 1861-1924 (HEARD family traced back to Charles [d. 1738 VA ] and Isabella HEARD
.**** STEWART (1830-1883) Have not been able to trace back the STEWART family.
