Famille MIRBECK à VIENNE

Bonjour,

Hello,
are you sure that the name BRASINGER is correct? I find some references to Mirbeck/Mirbek with Piringer/Biringer in the parish registers of Vienna.

Here is an obituary of a Heinrich Mirbek, manager of the company Lackner, died on 04.09.1914. http://anno.onb.ac.at/cgi-content/anno?aid=nwg&datum=19140906&seite=33&zoom=62

And here the entry in the death book: https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/08-maria-treu/03-23/?pg=115

Best regards from Vienna.

Hello,

I think that means Theresa Bieringer.

In the death book entry of Heinrich Mirbek it is noted that he is married and (last column) that he was born on 28.06.1857

He was buried at the Vienna Central Cemetery. In the same grave a Mirbek Josefa is buried on 27.09.1915, 62 years old.

Hello jungleland,
With the last information, I can make a timeline.
First, on the certificate of death, the Theresia birth's date is 11/03/1860 ; in your register, it is 1857 ??
I would like have the death date of Johann Nepomuk Mirbek, the father, Anton the brother, Aloïs another brother.
In my first message of yesterday, I was saying that Heinrich had a son, Heinz and a daughter, Valérie, wife Pilz, architect. Have you information ? They had children and grandchildren. Who is living actually ?
I'll try contact them.
Thanks for your research.
Best regards from France.

Hello sbrousse,
Different dates in the documents and the parish registers often occur. This often concerns the spelling of the names, but also the dates.

The name Mirbek/Mirbeck cannot be found in the Austrian telephone directories. It seems that it no longer exists as a family name in Austria.

Maybe it will be possible to find people living today via ancestors after all.

The death dates of Johann Nepomuk, Anton and Alois I have not found.

What I have found is:

Mirbeck Josefa, widow of the manager, died on 25.09.1915, burried on 27.09.1915. She was surely the wife of Mirbek Heinrich and is also buried in the same grave.
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/08-maria-treu/03-23/?pg=162
In the last column is the note: 25.06.1882. That will be the date of the wedding.

Anton Mirbek, born 1852, son of Johann Mirbek and Theresia Biringer got married on 30.08.1884 in Vienna, Parish Altottakring. He married Maria Anna Lindinger, born 24.05.1860 in Vienna, Parish St. Ulrich, daughter of Dominik Lindinger and Anna Danetschek
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/16-altottakring/02-14/?pg=387
By the way, one of the best men was Mirbek Heinrich, merchant.

From Anton Mirbek and Maria Anna Lindinger I have found the following children:

Rudolf Johann Anton Mirbeck, born 06.03.1886. The entry has the note: died on 23.06.1886
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/01-am-hof/01-11/?pg=14

Maria Ludmilla Theresia Mirbek, born 17.06.1887. The entry has the note: died on 10.08.1941
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/07-schottenfeld/01-083/?pg=83

Clementina Josefa Anna, born on 21.11.1891. The entry has the note: died on 07.07.1957 (in Hospital Hartmannspital)
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/01-am-hof/01-11/?pg=81

Josefa Antonia Theresia, born on 07.12.1894.
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/01-am-hof/01-12/?pg=14

Heinrich Mirbek, born 1859, son of Johann Mirbek and Theresia Biringer married on 25.06.1882 in Vienna, Parish Schottenfeld. He married Josefa Lindinger, born 03.01.1853 in Vienna, Parish St. Ulrich, illegitimate daughter of Maria Lindinger.
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/07-schottenfeld/02-059/?pg=46

From Heinrich Mirbek and Josefa Lindinger i have found one child:

Heinrich Victor Mirbek, born 17.01.1885
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/08-maria-treu/01-062/?pg=10

And I found two older entries:
Joseph Mirbek, 23 years old, son of Jakob Mirbek and Anna Klee, married on 19.02.1828 in Vienna, Parish Alservorstadt Anna Köpf, 21 years old, from Gmünd in Upper Austria, daugther of Anna Maria Köpf.
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/08-alservorstadtpfarre/02-09/?pg=10

Joseph Mirbek, born 12.03.1804, married on 28.02.1835 in Vienna, Parish Neulerchenfeld Anna Alinko, born 16.01.1804, daughter of Franz Alinko.
The first wife (Anna Köpf) died on 04.08.1828.
https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/16-neulerchenfeld/02-10/?pg=144

And there is an entry at volksbund.de
Mirbek Heinz, born on 21.07.1911 in Vienna, has been killed on 09.09.1941 in Drvaz/Croatia.
https://www.volksbund.de/graebersuche/detailansicht.html?tx_igverlustsuche_pi2%5Bgid%5D=a933b2a69914e70cf51da10b49f68432&cHash=bff7fdcb3c750e9b9f3b1f66c510f5ac

The rank of a "Hauptruppführer" was, to my knowledge, only available in the SA.

I have not yet found a suitable birth book entry for Heinz Mirbek.

I hope I could help a little bit with the search. Should I find anything else, I will write it to you here.

Best regards from Vienna.
