can not load my tree

i am trying to open my family tree and it keep loading then resets itself. Never does load so I can work on it . What is wrong?

Hi. I had success with my first tree. tried to upload a 2nd tree it messed up the 1st tree. I deleted them and started over, by doing 1 tree per account. 1st account did fine. 2nd account, no. Tree never gets moved past the first dot. It also said enable Javascript, so I did that for Brave browser. No luck. Tried with Chrome and Edge, no luck. There needs to be a "Cancel" button, like there is for the DNA upload. Any advice is welcomed.

On Geneanet, you can only have 1 family tree root person. So if you add a GEDCOM file which contains another family tree, I suggest that you set the root of this second family tree as a "Favorite person" so it will show up on your family tree home page. Hi again. Here's an update. I don't know what was done, lol, but a few days later, and I was able to upload my Gedcom. So good news.
If it works, it only takes seconds.
And I'd highly suggest, putting it in BOLD letters, only 1 gedcom per DNA account.
And put a CANCEL button, for Gedcom Uploads. It'll prevent people having to post on the Forum for help. Thank you, Kindly.

Since GEDCOM uploads are both for DNA and traditional genealogy, I would not confuse things by mentioning DNA on the upload page. However, I noticed that the English description on that page is less detailed than the French version. I will report it to the admin.
