You have access to all Premium options and services since January 9. Could you please give an example of what you can't access?

I am not using this. I apparently did not realize I was signing up for a monthly fee. I have not used this site. Do not want to use. I am 82 and cannot afford. Please, please, please cancel this and notify me that this has been done. Thank you.
