by leaving spams & similar posts - hours if not days after they have been reported, and by not cancelling these "memberships" fast enough, you are inviting more of the same activity.
This makes the forum more and more unpleasant to use [.... we receive notifications]
The French forum does not have that problem - I'm sure they get spams but they are removed faster.
