Have you tried looking for these records on the State of Chihuahua's government website? I have had some luck finding data there but you have to try lots of different spelling variations since there were mistakes made when the information was imputted initially. The site has marriage, birth, death records at
www.chihuahua.gob.mx/Principal/Contenido/ . Hope this helps!
